Sabatti presents the He mingway bolt-action rifle, which brings the centuries of gunmaking tradition of Sabatti rifles into the world of fine weapons. The action is the renowned Sabatti Blizzard, machined on high-precision numerically controlled centers from a bar of triple-alloyed steel with high tensile strength using a process designed to minimize the tolerances induced by the production processes, and then polished and finished with a tortoiseshell finish with saturated and contrasting colors. The action is equipped with threaded holes for mounting optics mounts. The bolt is CNC milled from a steel bar with a fluted profile, which in addition to being elegant also makes the action smoother. The bolt is polished and finished with a Nitrulex treatment that guarantees maximum smoothness and resistance to wear, as well as giving a high quality finish. It has three locking lugs for a 60° opening angle, and is equipped with a new, very solid extractor that guarantees maximum reliability and a replaceable knob. The shotgun is equipped with a standard clean and precise 1.2 kg trigger. A single set trigger is available as an option. The cold hammer-forged, polished and blued barrel is equipped with MRR multi-radial rifling that ensures the exceptional accuracy for which Sabatti barrels are rightly famous. The barrel is 560 mm (22”) long, with a muzzle diameter of 16 mm, adjustable sights and ends with an M14x1 thread with thread protector cap. The thread allows the installation of original Sabati or other aftermarket muzzle brakes. The stock is made from selected European walnut with a rosewood tip , and is checkered and hand-polished with oil. The pistol grip ends with a gold-decorated case hardened steel butt cap, secured with case hardened slotted screws. The base of the 3-shot removable magazine is also case hardened and enriched with a gold-rendered interwoven design made by Bottega d'incisioni Cesare Giovanelli. The rifle is chambered in caliber . 308 Winchester, 300 Wincester magnum, 6.5 Creedmoor. Each weapon is custom bedding, accompanied by a shooting test.
